Balanced Core, Perinatal & Pelvic Floor Wellness offers specialized pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercises, Pelvic floor, Core focused training and personal training for all bodies and stages of life. While I support women during and after pregnancy, my services are also designed for anyone experiencing pelvic floor tension, leaking, incontinence, diastasis recti, core/pelvic floor dysfunction, hysterectomy corrective exercises. I provide personalized, evidence-based training for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Focusing on safe movement, strength, mobility and long-term function. Every program is tailored to the individual to help clients move with confidence, and build a strong, balanced body.

Services
-One on One Prenatal Yoga- Focus on Gentle movements, stretches, strength, breath work and mindful movement- Tailored around individuals needs. $30
-Group Prenatal yoga( 2 or more) $15 each participant
-Postpartum Recovery/Pelvic floor and core corrective exercises- This service is very tailored around the clients and their needs. Goals and outcomes will be very different for each client. $75-90 per session ( price will be determined after proper screening and consultation.)
-One on One Personal training session-Individualized training sessions designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility and confidence at any fitness level
30 min- $45
60 min- $75
First time 60 min screening and consultation for all services $50
